The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on pkspin:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkspin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. pkspin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account. Any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested through your Account will be treated as authorised actions by you, unless you have previously notified pkspin of a security breach and pkspin has confirmed the Account is under a security hold.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. pkspin reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts, as notified to you in advance via the email address registered on your Account. Any remaining balance will be returned to you upon request, subject to completed KYC verification.
pkspin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion fees charged by pkspin. Third-party fees levied by your payment provider are beyond pkspin's control.

All Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion. Where no expiry period is stated, Bonus Funds will expire thirty (30) days after crediting. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account balance without compensation.

A bet placed on pkspin is only valid once confirmed and assigned a unique bet reference number by the pkspin system. Bets accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error may be voided at pkspin's discretion. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your Account balance.

pkspin offers betting markets on PSL, international cricket, and other sports. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play markets may be suspended at any time in response to real-time match events. pkspin is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension during live events.
A bet may be voided where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without an official result being declared; an obvious pricing or system error has occurred; the bet was placed after the start of an event where in-play betting was not offered; or pkspin determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised.
